Dear Sir, I was using glucometer of some other company of UK.With my doctor's advice I purchased your make and found really good. After sometime the strips got finished and after contacting the shop the owner gave the cell number of the supplier of the product 9415211286 some mr. srivastava.After contacting he responded soon and supplied the pack of strip at my residence (when I was not present at home)?? My wife took the delivery and handed over to me as usual when I returned back. I checked the seal and opened the pack and found nothing than a pack of paper roll. No strips where there inside the sealed pack. I immediately rang back to the above supplier about the matter but he simply denied the matter and argued that such things cant happen. I really felt cheated for the first time because I have not opened the container in front of him. Nobody can even guess about such type of cheating with such a reputed company.Kindly check at your level so that such type of things does not take place with any other which can harm your buisness.
